Name reservation (RUN)

DSC & DIN for directors

Incorporation certificate (COI)

How it works

Your company registration, step by step.

4 steps, fully handled by your CA and tracked live. Most clients are done in 7–10 days.

01

Name reservation

We run a name availability check and file RUN (Reserve Unique Name) on the MCA portal. Approval typically comes in 2–3 working days.

02

DIN and DSC

Director Identification Numbers and Digital Signature Certificates are obtained for all directors — included in our fee, no extra cost.

03

Incorporation documents

Our CA drafts the Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and prepares the full SPICe+ form package.

04

COI issued

SPICe+ is filed with the Registrar of Companies. The Certificate of Incorporation (COI) with your CIN is issued in 7–10 working days.

Documents required

What you’ll need to hand over.

Have these ready and your company registration begins the same day. Not sure about one? Your manager will guide you.

  • Passport-size photographs of all directors
  • Self-attested address proof (Aadhaar, driving licence, or passport) of each director
  • Proof of registered office — electricity bill or rent agreement (not older than 2 months)

FAQ

Company Registration, answered.

What is the minimum number of directors required?

A Private Limited Company requires at least 2 directors and 2 shareholders (who can be the same people). An OPC (One Person Company) requires just 1 director and 1 shareholder.

Is there a minimum paid-up capital requirement?

No. Following the 2013 Companies Act amendment, there is no minimum paid-up capital required to incorporate a Private Limited Company.

What is the difference between a Private Limited Company and an LLP?

A Private Limited Company has more compliance requirements but is preferred for raising investment. An LLP has lower compliance overhead and is ideal for professional partnerships. Our CA advises based on your goals.

Can I change the company name after incorporation?

Yes, but it requires a shareholder special resolution, an MCA filing, and approval from the Registrar. We handle post-incorporation name changes as a separate service.
